What we fold

Every flashing we make

These are the ones we fold most days. If what you need is not here, it is almost certainly still fine — send us a sketch and we will tell you.

Roof to wall

Apron flashing

Covers the join where a roof runs into a wall. Folded to your roof pitch so it lies down properly instead of being levered into place on site, with the upstand and cover you specify.

Parapet & cap flashing

Caps the top of a parapet wall and sheds water both sides. Made to the wall width you measure, with drips folded in where you want them.

Edges and ridges

Barge & gable capping

Finishes the rake at the gable end. Any girth, folded to the pitch, with the return and drip edge you want. Long runs are made in lengths that suit the job rather than a standard size.

Ridge & hip capping

Folded to your actual roof pitch, so it sits down on the sheet without being bent on the roof. Both plain and with the profile you need on the edges.

Water carrying

Valley gutter & valley flashing

Made to the length and girth you measure, in the material your job calls for. The one place it is worth getting the girth exactly right, so we make it to your number.

Box gutter

Folded to size for the run you have, including the sole width and upstands you specify. Bring us the dimensions and we will make it.

Openings and finishing

Window & door flashing

Head, sill and jamb flashings for new work or a retrofit. Folded to suit the reveal and cladding you are working with.

Corner and infill flashings

Internal and external corners, closers and the odd infill piece that makes a wall or roof finish cleanly.

The awkward ones

A lot of what comes through the door is not a standard shape at all. None of this is a problem.

  • Tapered flashings — different girth at each end, for a roof that is not square
  • Squash and crush ends — folded flat so the end is safe and finished
  • Odd angles — whatever your pitch actually is, not the nearest standard
  • One-offs and repairs — a single piece to patch something is a perfectly normal order

How Colorbond flashing is priced

Every flashing is priced per lineal metre, worked out from three things. Send us your measurements and we will give you the price before anything is folded.

Not sure what yours is called?

It does not matter. Send a photo and the measurements and we will work out what you need.
